I just read a review of your reseller services at Reseller Connection and I couldn't agree more with their summation.
I moved my reseller business to JodoHost a few months ago and have been pleased with my decision to do so. You have always provided courteous, timely, and tireless support; even when it was clearly not your responsibility.
I didn't need confirmation of your commitment to your customers and business, but the Reseller Connection review certainly reassures me what I already found to be true.
