Connection Timeout - Mail Server

Our upstream ISP Level3 who handles rDNS for our mail server IP had had a major issue which has rendered our mail server IP rDns-less. This is causing connection timeouts while trying to connect via POP3.

Our ISP is working on this issue and they expect to fix it and call us back shortly
 
Level3's techs are proving difficult to deal with. The guy we are working in doesn't have a clue
We are still working on it
 
Issue resolved

We are absolutely disgusted with level3. We plan to take this up with their management and consider moving over to InterNap IPs.
