Continual FTP problems on win27

Hi,

has anybody esle been having FTP issues on win27?

I keep having continual FTP issues on win27 with slow connections and server time outs.

All other servers I connect to at Jodohost are great.

Unfortunately when I report the problem to support I get the usual reply of' "Please check it now, it is working fine now".

Of course it works, then a couple of hous later it's no good again - not useable.
 
not seen any other reports of it, and don't see any cause for it, as FTP is simply a part of IIS.

I am having continual FTP issues on one of my accounts on win27.
Multiple server time outs before being able to ftp files. Then the actual ftp is very slow.

My other accounts on JodoHost are fine.
A support issue has been raised with no joy so far.

This has been happening over many weeks

There is no technical 'reason' or even fix for this issue, FTP is pretty simple and straight forward
let me know a ticket ID so I can check some more details like domain, and see if you have private FTP service or something other than defaults.
