Does anyone else have the same problem I do? I post tickets directly to cerberus (resellerdesk.jodohost.com), but they typically NEVER show up -- they get responded to, but I only check online, so I do not know what the resolution or issues are.
Very, very frustrating and time-consuming for me. I have been told before that it was fixed (username : trusted) but it hasn't been.
Also, why does the tech need me to give him my password? That is pretty old-school, and I don't like doing that...
Oh, and I did submit a ticket, but since I cannot see it, I have no idea as to the status X(.
