Control Panel Maintenance

We are currently performing maintenance on the control panel which means it is currently unavailable. Part of the maintenance is to convert the database to the new UTF format that supports international characters. Some customers who were unable to use the control panel after the HSphere 2.4 upgrade will now be able to use it after the maintenance is finished

Since the CP database is large (~5GB), the conversion may take a few hours. We however can not say accurately how long the control panel may be down. Updates will be posted here
 
The control panel database was not correctly converted to the UTF-8 format on the first attempt

The Control panel has been taken down and PSOFT is converting the database at the moment
