Recently, we were forced to recover our Control Panel server from a backup. This has caused any changes made in the Control Panel after Friday not to be recognized. Such changes include addition of domains, databases, mail boxes, etc. Customers are requested not to attempt re-add such services themselves but directly open a ticket with us to resolve the matter. It most cases, your website, database or mail box would remain intact and it would be simply a matter where HSphere isn't recognizing it. Any customers who created a new account, made a payment or converted to paid from Trial after Friday must open a ticket with us as well. Your entire account or certain information about it may be missing from the Control Panel Database.
It should be noted that it may take us upto 24 hours to respond to each case due to the high number of tickets we expect to receive. We are sorry for the inconvenience
