We are doing urgent maintenance and control panel is not available, we will update you again when it's done.

There is a problem in license system syncing with Parallels, they are in on the system and working to check it now.

We apologize about this delay.
There are two Parallels techs and the product maintenance team checking on the matter.

The issue happened in the monthly 'phone home' license check, and some invalid values seem to be sent making it not validate, and they are all trying to find where these values came. We hadn't done anything to the system recently, so we don't have an course to reverse what we have done, and it is all in their hands with the issue at this time. We are updating and pressing for updates as soon as they can.

CP is up now, we will be awaiting a full explanation of this from Parallels

The product maintenance team is working on a more complete explanation for what happened here, but it seems one of the class files had a but crop up that was thought to be fixed already, they issued a quick fix on it and got it running, but are still said they want to know how it came back in and it was fixed with the 3.3 release, which was prior to the versions we are running.
