We apologize about this delay.
There are two Parallels techs and the product maintenance team checking on the matter.
The issue happened in the monthly 'phone home' license check, and some invalid values seem to be sent making it not validate, and they are all trying to find where these values came. We hadn't done anything to the system recently, so we don't have an course to reverse what we have done, and it is all in their hands with the issue at this time. We are updating and pressing for updates as soon as they can.
