Why can't a reseller access a suspended customer's control panel? I understand not letting a customer that is behind in paying, but the reseller should be able to update wrong email addresses, etc.
Would need to ask psoft, even we can't access it form amdin level, we have to click on the account number and username in a search to see what "is inside" from the short list, like domains etc. It is kinda like an xray, but not giving full details.
