Control Panels database maintenance Window Midnight CST until 6am CST

Both clusters will undergo maintenance tonight to optimize their database engines, each control panel will have a period of unavailability of between 1-1.5 hours during the maintenance window.

This maintenance is done to help speed up control panel operations and systems.
