Couple of strange sites down today

Hi ... just wondered ... we have had 4 sites go down today for server busy, out of disk space and now out of memory ... just wondered if anything was up ...

one of them is still down ticket #CGY-40917-799
 
Yesterday there was an issue due to an account FTP password brute forced/stolen etc, and it had uploaded a mail relay script and was spamming, it filled the queue and the HD (making the out of space error), the other matter is being checked now.

the spammer was stopped BTW.
live chat is not showing anyone waiting for this long in the last hours there are many operators answering as well
 
The ticket was replied by Pritam and we have changed even your application pool, kindly check and i think you are on chat with Prtiam
