when are you seeing this? I have been using the CP in 2 loctions recently and it was quite good. If there is a slowdown when opening the FTP quotas, we may need to check the quotas for your account, they can get broken and cause such a hang sometimes.

Opening CP for my user or any of my customers, nothing is displayed for about 30 seconds, explorer status bar say "waitting for..." while explorer is in white screen.
After icon appears, I pick on mail and need to wait for about 10 or 20 seconds more.
I'm surprise that only me and my customers suffer it...
I was just trying to know where it is, as I have not seen it except with a few FTP quotas on a couple of users. I'd recommend submitting a ticket with full details and see if it is a quota issue, or a different matter.
