CP from behind firewall

I registered today as a reseller and am having problems getting to the CP thru a corporate firewall (I am currently working at a client's site and cannot change anything with their systems). I can get all the way through to "Step 4: Entering your Administrative Account" but when I click on the button to login the firewall kicks in.

Is there a direct URL that I can use?
 
A firewall would block ports typically, we are running on 100% standard ports, 80 and 443 for secure,it sounds like it might be blocking based on content of the URL, aka url filtering, the url would have something like this:

/psoft/servlet/psoft.hsphere.CP

It might notbe liking the last portion for some reason and now allowing you to access.

There is no direct url that would work if that is the case.

The admin URL varies by your account, you would have to send a ticket for us to get you the direct url that is setup for your account.
