I have had a control panel issue crop up around the same time the email issues started. I was patient because I know that email is the first priority. Now 3 days later my users still can't use my url to access the control panel. I wan't to know the issue they told me and said that they were working on it and I updated my ticket this morning with another question on how long it will take and I have heard nothing.
This is an issue because it is effecting my customers and I am having to give them free service because I can't explain what is happening. I need some feedback on how I should go about getting this fixed.
