CP SSL expired

bro

Perch
The certificate for cp.myh****.biz expired yersterday.

I just noticed my reseller cp.mydomain.com expired in November 05, also...

How do I renew that certificate? Can I simply go to E.Mananger/CP SSL manager/Edit and upload last years certifcate file under "Install Certificate based on previously generated Certificate request"? Or do I have to go through the process again to make another certificate request?

No I appologise, this is an issue from our end, we need to renew the certificate.

I have been trying to do so for the last few days, but the certificate authority never sends the confirmation email. This issue has been fixed and we should receive a new wildcard certificate in a few hours, which we'd promptly install

if you have your existing CSR, generate a new certificate with your certificate authority and install it like you mentioned. If you have lost your CSR, you'd need to generate a new one.

uh oh...
I use the built-in hsphere temporary SSL certificate. To generate a new certificate, I turned off CP SSL support and intended to turn it on again to get to the screen where I can request it. Now I can't get to CP at all, http or https. ticket EZX-86303-326 lodged...

:-/ shoulda gone shopping when she told me to.

All sorted some time back... great service once again from you guys.

New year's resolution: read the f****** manual. It may not make much sense, but it gives you time to wake up before you start pressing buttons :)

I'm off to get plastered. Ho, ho ho...
