Cp Ssl

First, I am sorry this type of post is my first here, and I am also sorry for posting on the forums - but I don't know where else to go now. I tried a TT and the Live chat already

On Aug 22 I submitted a TT (CIU-59549-102) because my CP SSL was giving me the following error:

HTTP SSL support is unavailable on this CP.
Contact your hosting administrator to change settings.

After two days of being told it was done, or being giving instructions on how set up SSL for an account other than my CP, and having the ticket closed as 'resolved' a couple times... I tried the live help (start time: Aug 24, 2005 11:56:33 PM EST with Maheep). In that chat session Maheep was very helpful and seemed to understand exactly what I needed. I was told that it "should be done in 36 hours". But it has now been more than 96 hours since that chat and I am still getting the same error when trying to set up SSL on my CP.

I can understand a little bit of a wait to get things set up. But it has been 7 days since I requested help and it is still not resolved, nor has there been any more contact with me to let me know what's going on. I'm sure it is understood that I cannot sell hosting as a reseller if I cannot secure the CC payment process. Nor can I service the 25% of my clients that require SSL for their sites if getting IPs is going to be such a problem. I started my account here in hopes of getting everything moved over quickly - but my account is pretty much just sitting in limbo till I can get SSL (almost all my clients pay by CC through Hsphere).

I have set up SSL on my CP at another host using Hsphere, so I "think" I am doing things right. Could somebody please tell me exactly what I need to do to get SSL on my CP. And, if I still have to wait, exactly how long it will really be? And finally, how long do I have to wait to start moving my SSL clients? I absolutly CANNOT move them and then end up having to wait a week for or more for IPs - that would mean thousands in lost revenue to my clients.

Again, I apologize for my first message here being a bit negative - I am very excited about being at Jodo. But I also feel a bit frustrated that I can't get things moving because of something routine like an IP.
 
David, I appologize for a delay. We have been waiting for a large IP assignment from ARIN for the last 2 weeks (1000 IPs+). Hopefully this should be processed very soon

Anyway, we got a smaller ~ 100 IP assignment for the time being. We have added IPs for CP SSL and you'd be able to use this feature now.

Such a long wait is very unusual at JodoHost for IPs.
