cpanel por emails not working

After having this problems with the dns, now if you go to the cpanel for email ex: mail.lupeposse.com and click on one of the options they are not working for non of our accounts.
My clients are going crazy with us. forst we had their site down for one day and now this.. please can you FIX IT ASAP!

your site was down not because of us but because you didn't update your IPs as we had announced. Please do not continue to blame us
