cPanel User Import Wizard

I have an xoops based site on a vps over at servint.net

I want to move the site from there to here and was wondering how well h-sphere worked. Here is the only glitch I can think of. I want the site to run on windows now instead of centos. Can the import wizard pull this off going from lin to win mysql wise? Will this create problems?
 
Never mind stupid question. I could not get a plan to load when in import wizard. Thats because I didn't have a unix paln created only windows. So I will answer my own question.

It wont work.
