I'm trying to install "egroupware" into one of my accounts. In the config wizard it tells me that I need to create a directory for back ups that are outside of the root folder...how do I do this through H-Sphere...or is this a JODO thing to do.
When you FTP to the account, you'll see your web root folder there. That is, you start one level above it. So you can create folders at the same level as the web root folder.
