credit card fraud...

Hi,

I sent an email regarding credit card fraud and haven't gotten a response since december 19... I thought maybe something would be wrong with the emails, because I sent quite a few, so I decided to post here. Can I get a response on what's going on? I know it's holiday season so there was probably some break time in working on my case, but it sucks because the money I lost is racking up interest on my credit card. :(
