I have a user that is trying to use paypal business and they are asking me about cURL on there PHP. What is this and how do I turn it on for them?
 
You can enable curl on PHP windows with a custom php.ini I will point a unix admin to this topic for the unix side.

I put in a ticket, but is there anything I can tell my user to do? Or do I wait till I get a response from the ticket?
 
make a custom php.ini and remove the ; in front of the php_curl.dll line, give me the domain name in PM and I will put it there and do it for you.
