Custom A Records

I am trying to set up a Custom A Record. I have a url pointing to the space on the web server, but then I want a subdomain name like http://something.myurl.com to go to a ip address on my local box....so when I set up an A Record it is not working....can someone help?
 
what is not working about it? if you can explain even in PM can get you fixed pretty quick, but maybe not on highest priority right now still working out some bugs(and righ tnow win14...)
