We have a new email address - [email protected]. Customers who have complaints about customer support, service or uptime can use this email address to have their complaints addressed. Our regular staff doesn't have access to this email address. Complaints to this address would only be answered by myself (Yash), our new support Manager (Rajneesh) and Stephen (head windows administrator). Helpline emails would be overlooked by our CEO, Atul Kumar.

We at JodoHost acknowledge that not all customers may be 100% satisfied with our services and may have a few complaints. The only way for us to improve our services is to hear back from our customers and we believe this is one step in that direction

We request that use this address exclusively for complaints, they will be addressed. Additionally, if customers would like a testimonial to be published at our website, please use [email protected]

The problem has been rectified. If you email this address, you will receive a confirmation email not that it has been received. Please send in all complaints to this address (including complaints regarding unanswered tickets) and it would be handled at the highest levels
