Customer Service Needs to Some Tweaking
I have been a customer of JH for a number of years and usually receive excellent customer service.
Yesterday, I did not.
Apparently, during one of JH upgrades of the HSphere control panel, all of our customer's domains redirects became corrupted. They are still listed in the control panel's but if you type the old link it says page cannot be found. So I deleted each redirect and re-entered them and guess what they work now. This is a waste of my time and should not occur. I entered a trouble ticket (INT-16322-887) before doing this by hand and Yogesh said the old page has to exist, this is simply not true. What is true, is this data obviously got corrupted and the customer service representative did not want to fix it. He instead directed me to IIS like I have access to this for the control panel.
Everyone's time is valuable and I would appreciate my concerns being taken more seriously.
