Customer Support Tickets.

Could you advise me how to deal with Customer Support Tickets. For example I have just had one where the client wants an addional ftp login username and password to a particular folder (domain). If I receive a ticket that I cannot deal with, how do i assign it to a Jodohost support member? Thanks.

i belive not sure though.

that you will have to create a ticket from yourself stating the username, path for the FTP settings, and a username and password for the ftp connection.

in furture when they have client support (support for your clients on your behalf).

they will automaticlly see the ticket and able to help with the solution.
