I have submitted couple of tickets today.

There has been no response still..

is there a holiday ?

no, we had a major power issue in office that resulted in having to call in a few out of office staff and we got behind some :(

We are handling them now however and office is back online.
 
One of your tickets was already being done before I replied here, and one was something you are able to do without our aid ;)
 
You are asking detailed coding questions, we are not developers, you cannot expect the same reply on that as actual technical support needs.
