Customer's CP is not working

I put in a ticket for this but I thought someone else could answer this issue or at least let me know what is going on. I have a customer who is trying to delete one of there domains but can't do it. The Control Panel just times out. They are having mail issues to, I assume that both are the same issue. The only reason I am pointing this out is that my customer has emailed me a couple of time in like 30 minutes and they need to receive their email.

It will most likely have to be referred to PSOFT so you can pass that on to him
 
Can I ask a question? Everytime something happens with the system the admin's ALWAYS say that it is a PSOFT issue. I don't understand. It almost is like you guys are trying to buy some time. I don't know just an observation.
 
That's not the case. PSOFT developed HSphere and we have to refer certain control panel issues back to them as know one except PSOFT understands how the control panel works
