cutting down on spam

Hello,

Beside asking our support to blacklist some spammer on our Newtwork here...is there any way...or any public warning lists we can add them to?
Something like..."add the headers in here...and we will get in touch with the Network owner...", or something like that...

Any URLs for that will be appreciated. Thanks
