Okay,
After everything has been said and done. I had a couple accounts that I created under the service account plans that I was thinking to upgrade but now I'm trying to do it right from the beginning using trial accounts. So I had to reset up the same domain after deleting it.
Now that I have deleted it it's coming up when I login to their account as:
Please SELECT an account that you would like to REVIEW or MODIFY
Thank You.
Please check your e-mail for your Account Status.
This time I didn't use my email to set things up but had it sent directly to the client and figured since I knew their username and password I'd just login to find the other information. I chose the same old username and password as well as working with the same domain ... will I have to redo the username to one I havent used before or can I delete the old one?
