Hi ... I have a disk space problem that is still outstanding .... support number ... FKP-89495-959. I has been unresolved for nearly 12 hours ... can anyone help as my client is hassling me somewhat!

There isn't really an update to give, we are trying to track it down. all quota settings look good, after initially having a bit of an error in the quotas.

These type of things are really one offs that don't have a set 'fix' or magic bullet to fix it.
 
in fact as I was writing this reply the page went from error, to working successfully, and we did nothing.

We think that the cached compiled finally saw the disk space quota fixed and updated to recompile properly. (We were forcing a quota rebuild so, that could have triggered it)
