Disk usage question

When I go into "Reports" and then "Disk Usage", I add up all my MB for my users and it only adds up to 824 MB. In my Admin Control panel it's saying I'm using 2,221 MB's and also sending me emails that I am approaching my limit. Where's the other 1,397MB's that it says I'm using coming from? Anyone else have this issue? I can't find where I am using up that much disk space other than in the reports area.

How H-Sphere calculates disk space is explained in http://jodohost.com/reseller/html/disk_space.html. Also we use Summary Disk Usage (SDU).

Where would I find a report on the other 1,397MB's being used? Does the disk usage report include email and FTP usage as well?
