Hi, I have a reseller account with quite a few domains in, is there a quick way to see who is using how much space?

You can't get a domain level report, but you can make an account level report from the reseller admin go to Reports, Disk Usage

you can then just hit submit and get a list of accounts with the disk usage.

In customer CP, you can get per domain disk usage. Under Statistics on the left side, select mirror next to Disk Usage.

I've tried a couple of php scripts, but they time out and only provide a partial report.

We can provide you a report on ticket, I know it is not as easy for you but we can do it, it may take 24 hours as it will be a low priority issue, but we can provide. If anyone in our staff is not knowing how I will teach them what tools to use
