DNS and Aliases

I looked through previous posts and didnt find the exact answers to my question relating to setting up a reseller account using one domain and using different domain for nameservers, although saw it was possible.

What i want to do is set the first domain for the reseller account which handled the billing, accounts, etc and the second domain to handle the dns for created accounts.

Question is how to actually do that as a dns zone since the first domain will also create server aliases for that domain to point towards the services. Would the second domain require aliases to be manually set up to point to the first domains server aliases or to the host aliases A records for services?

How do i go about this?

Just create the server aliases using the second domain and set an email address from the first domain in your company profile. All emails will then go from that address
