DNS / Control Panel Problems

There appears to be a serious problem with my control panel. I can't modify my DNS records!!! There are no links to even allow me to do this.

The domain that I'm working with is my reseller, service domain: tallpinetree.com

There are no links to allow me to:

"Add DNS A Record"
or " Add DNS MX Record"
or "Add DNS CNAME Record"
or "Add TXT Record"

Perhaps it is something to do with this being my service domain, but I don't understand why that would matter.

Anybody have any thoughts as to what the problem might be?

It is available but I'm almost certain it is just in your service plan settings. These options can be disabled at the plan level, so go in on your reseller admin, look on your plans. Fine the plan with the service domain on it, edit that plan and look for 'Custom DNS Records' it is probably NOT checked, check it, then go down select 'keep prices as is' or some such wording near this, and submit/save the plan, then go back in your service domain panel and you should see the edit dns functions.
