DNS Mananger

Urgent>> DNS Mananger

I need to get help with my DNS Manager and Reseller`s DNS server
aliases. I have been trying to get things to work since Wednesday and
live support was suppose to contact psoft I have not heard back.

Problem >>>>>
When I sign up on Monday with JodoHost as a reseller, I put
a temporary domain as the Server Aliases, I was thinking I could use this
as I set up things before I moved from my other reseller company so my
clients would not experiance any down-time, then I was going to switch
the DNS server aliases when all client files were on your servers and
ready to go to the permenant domain Aliases.

I must of broke the DNS Manager trying to do this as half my sites are
receiving no mail and some sites are not loading correctly now and
some still reading the temporary domain alisses in some areas for the server
aliases.

IMPORTANT NOTES>>>
I have updated my child nameservers for the permenant domain ns3 204.14.104.150 and ns4 204.10.105.200 at my register and these
new ip#'s have taken effect already and showing up in the who-is for
the domains. I thought since being new customer and things got screwed
up and have no need for the old ns and ns2 I could get things to work
with the new IP#'s you guys set up, and mark them as dns1 and dns2 in
my reseller account. This didn't work either, some domains are still
reading the temporary domain i was using which is got things confused and mail to stop working and some websites.

Is there a way to reset this DNS Manager and start fresh without having to wipe out any data and files on the account and start over.
Live chat was suppose to ask Psoft this question. Hopefully you know a
way to get this corrected another way. Also some registers will not let me use ns. or ns2 I have to use dns's.

Please let me know I have had 2 clients called about there mail.

Account ID: 1475286

Thank YOu,
James

Everything as propogated looks like to dns1 and the dns2 all showing domains correct.

I wasn't sure if the mail servers take longer to propogated but most of the domains are still reading bad mail servers. Wasn't sure if this is normal after Domains has propogated onto server.
