DNS with Multiple A records

I have a client who manages their own DNS. When I check dnsstuff for their A record, I find two A records for their domain, both leading to different IP addresses.

Is this proper to have to different IP addresses on two A records?

Their site loads incredibly slow sometimes, and I wonder if it is because of apparent conflicting A records?

Anybody know if it is okay to have these two different A records?

no the A records need to match, it is has two i'd recommend first checking the DNS control panel and making sure it does not have both a custom and a built in A record.

if it does not send in a ticket for a DNS rebuild and it will fix this right up.

Thanks Stephen

I'll let the client know. They manage their DNS through their registrar, not here at Jodo, so they need to fix it themselves.
