Domain Aliases not working on Win5

I reset the webservice and now all my domain aliases have ceased to work, please help, ticket (id 38585) has not been responded to. A number of important sites is down because of this (I use a script to serve different fron-ends for each domain alias),

I now only get:

"Under Construction
The site you were trying to reach does not currently have a default page. It may be in the process of being upgraded.

SOLVED MYSELF BY RECREATING ALL ALIASES (Deleting old ones and adding again)

They're doing a hard drive restore on win5. See the announcements forum for details. I bet that is the problem.
