I am trying to create an alias for an account that has 6 free

I cannot see the link in step 3:

"Click the Add icon in the Domain Aliases field at the bottom of the page. "

How can I create an alias?
 
Thanks for your answer, but I am talking about the hosting account of a **customer** not for a reseller account
 
It is enabled in the plan of the customer (6 free)

But I don't know how to create the alias. I don't see the option in H-SPHERE
 
Go to Domains, find the domain you wish to alias, click edit, look near the bottom for "Domain Aliases"

I could create the alias

One more thing. I created also a "mail alias". However I cannot create any email address using the newly created domain alias.

I know it's possible to do with CPanel , but I don't know if H-SPHERE has the same capability

Please let me know
 
it just allows anything at the main domain to work at the alias, it is automatic.
 
To have a seperate mail service for a "domain alias", you have to disable "mail alias" and enable "mail service" in "domain alias" configuration.
