Domain reseller integration with Hosting reseller

Q1. Can I integrate my domain reseller account with hosting reseller so that when someone is purchasing a hosting package from me he will have the option of purchaing domain from me during signup?

OR

Q2. I cannot integrate domain reseller with hosting reseller and I have to use that Domain Registrar Manager in my hosting CP to set domain prices? But it only allows .COM and .BIZ domains.

Ok, I am trying to integrate my 2CO account with domain reseller cp.
See the attached screenshot.
Now where it says "Select the types of CREDIT CARDS that your merchant account supports" and below we have 2 lists, one on left side and one on right.

2CO supports all of them i.e. both left and right hand side and I assume the list on right side is the one in which I need to add all credit card brands. But when I try to add American Express in right hand side it replaces it with MasterCard!!!
And again if I add Discover then it replaces AmericanExpress with it. It means you cannot have more than 2 cards in right hand side at any given time.
Same is the case with left hand side list. If I add Visa from right to left then it will replace one of the existing card in left side which means you cannot have more than 4 cards in left side list.

Why is that?? Why can't I select all the cards because all are supported by 2CO??

Yes, You can select all credit card supported by your payment gateway in this option.

I think, you pressed `Replace` Icon instead of `ADD` credit card. There is also a simple option `Select all`(>>) or` Remove all` (<<) to select and remove all credit card supported by 2Checkout. Please PM or mail me at billing @ jodohost.com with your Domain control panel details to investigate further.
