Domains not working

I have three domains in my reseller account that are not working, even though they all have been set to the new IP addresses.

The domains are:
goodoyster.com
barkrealty.com
buckhummer.com

Looking up those domains at dnsreports.com shows the nameservers with the old IP addresses. I have contacted the registrar (GoDaddy.com) and they say that they have no control over the A record. But according to my reseller control panel, all A records, etc. point to the new IPs. The one domain I have registered through Jodohost work just fine. It is only these three that are registered through GoDaddy that are having problems.

Of course, these are the only 3 domains that NEED to be working, as one is mine and the other 2 are customers!
Can someone please figure out why these domains are not working?!

EDIT: I have created a ticket. Just posted here in case someone else has a solution.

log into domain.jodohost.com... Click on Child Name Servers and change the nameserver IPs for this domain.

Nice name btw :)

well, we sent many emails.. made phone calls and did whatever we could to inform resellers about this change..

It should propogate very quickly though.. when I changed ns and ns2.jodoshared.com's IPs.. they were pinging correctly in a few hours

wow.. your nameservers are now almost instantly pinging correctly for me and all your 3 domains are now resolving!

Well, I read the emails, but when I saw the proper IPs listed in the reseller control panel, I thought all was good. I had forgotten that I had registered that domain with Jodohost, as most of mine are with GoDaddy, and they don't let you use IPs, only the nameservers. Live and learn!

All domains have now propogated, so all's good.

Oh, and many thanks, guys, for all the effort getting this Level3 crap settled, and putting up with those of us who can't seem to follow directions!

oh no problem.. I really wish we could give resellers more time to do this change :(

But we aren't the only host that level(3) has decided to suddently pull the plug on, I've been reading about a few more hosts with such stories :(
