domxml_new_doc and domxml_open_file

domxml_new_doc and domxml_open_file

Can anyone tell me if these are enabled in PHP? I have a small PHP app and these are required.

on windows php if they aren't enabled you can enable them, on linux I will need to confirm if you are wanting to know on old server with php4 or new with php5
 
It is not available on this webserver and won't be made available.
Reason, it has been superseded by "dom" extension in PHP5 and not being actively maintained. If you really need such functions(same purpose that is), please create a new account that will give you PHP5 and dom extension.
