Hi,

We have a client that wants to offer download of a .DUN file.
They ask whether there is a way to download it without having to zip
Because not everyone know how to deal with zipped files.

Jodo, would it make any difference if he's on shared or dedicated?

This bizarre .DUN extension is a dial-up script, so their clients can have that easily installed and use my client's phone numbers in the dial-up settings.

Any ideas if its possible to escape from zipping the file?

Only issues I can see is that we might need to set a MIME type for IIS to allow the download of the file, if you can find the associated MIME TYPE, it can be allowed.
 
lots of research, and I have not found anywhere which mime type would be associated with .dun :(

Anybody? Suggestions?
