DWMail issues

Exalted Code Master!
Hi all,

I bought a DWMail license to use for my hosting clients. I'm having some troubles and the DWMail folks are not being too helpful. Maybe someone here has a suggestion.

When I check a single message in my inbox and click Delete, I'm taken to a page that says I've selected all the messages in my inbox and do I really want to delete all of them. Clicking Yes does nothing. The page never changes (like there's no action page on the web form).

The DW folks said I should "recompile PHP" to get this to work. Yeah, right.

Suggestions?

(Sending and receiving mail works just fine.)

Tim

I never had such issues with my DWMail install, I have uninstalled it now, as I decided I no longer wanted to use the software, it was on a unix server, I believe web2.

I am thinking about purchasing it myself. I am particular interested in the ability of checking multiple email boxes from one login.

Stephen: Do you know if DWmail lets you do that? I checked their documentation and it seems like I would have to login separately for each email account I need to check.

Appreciate your input on this.

I always logged into one email account at a time, never tried anything else.
Same here, I am using it here at Jodo, on windows and nobody reported any problems. Stephen, why you uninstall it? Personally I prefer it over those installed by defaul on mail server.

Same here. Have it working on a win box as well

It receives mail from external mail accounts just fine. No need to login everytime, just need to set up the external accounts info once.

Hrm, why did I uninstall, I was tired of messing with upgrades on it to be honest, I had run it for years, and was just tired of messing with continuous updates when HORDE finally had a slick interface.

Do any of you that have it installed have it customized? One of the reasons I am looking at this is because I would like to have a branded webmail system.

If you do, do you mind if I have a look at it?
