easyapps programs

Sorry if this has been asked elsewhere, Am I correct in assuming that easyapps collection programs are actually not included with the account and that the unix users would have to obtain the supported packages themselves ie oscommerce, mambo etc.
Ive enabled easyapps but cant see the programs anywhere within their cp or directory tree

EasyApps IS on linux, but not windows.
