efflare's cfx_imagecr for install on cf2?

I've got a license for cfx_imagecr and would like to have it installed for a client I'm hosting on cf2.g********.com. Is that doable -- according to this thread it seems to be installed on some, but not all servers. A quick test on cf2 shows that it's not there, alas.

Pretty please? Alternatively, what do I need to do to get this client moved to a server that does have cfx_imagecr installed?
 
I will be able to check on this in about 7-8 hours. I need to review a few things and then we may be able to install it from ours.
 
Thx, appreciate it. The CFX is there and is working fine, the syntax is just different than what I've had installed: your call is CFX_IMAGECR3 instead of CFX_IMAGECR.
