Email Connection issues with mail4 Cluster2

Hello,

We have several clients reporting intermediate email connection issues with
connection timeouts.

Failure sending mail.; Unable to connect to the remote server

All clients experiencing the issue are located in different states, so the issue is
not ISP specific. Does anyone else has experienced email connection issues
since yesterday?

I contacted support (Ticket ZVG-17491-969), but have not got any response yet.
 
We've had a few people to report this, but it is quite an odd one as mail server is up and running. We are researching it still at this point, but giving people some suggestions if they want to move to another mail server as well.
