email issues?

hi all

a client (hosted thru my reseller) says their email is down to a trickle today.

its not a real proble, so i'm not submitting a ticket, but does any one know of any issues? maybe a new virus thats slowing things down server-wide or something?

there is no issue on mail server at all, no virus issue. May be client side problem. if it is a critical problem explain it or create a ticket.
