email problems

one of my clients: lupeposse.com is having email problems. they go to the cpanel mail.lupeposse.com and use :SQWebMail - mail client and they can send emails but can't see the emails they have in the folders..
I tried using "Horde - mail client" and it seems to work ok. but I need this fixed pleae let me know what is the problem..

Can you explain more what is happening?

You have IMAP folders and need to see and read emails from them?
 
once you login in the cpanel "SQWebMail" they aren't able to see the emails they have in the folders "inbox" etc.

"Horde" cpanel seems to be working ok but they like using the other onem and also I want to know what is the problem.
 
The SQwebmail is having a problem in the version of hsphere we are using, it is fixed from what I understand in the new patch, that we will be installing next weekend(not this weekend)
