email problems

Hi one of my customers is having problems with thier emails. this is the message they are getting, please let me know what is going on. thank you.

The connection to the server has failed. Account: 'NT DMConsulting', Server:
'mail.didacticamultimedia.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No,
Socket Error: 10061, Error Number: 0x800CCC0E
 
I am able to check email with no problems, I would recommend sending a ticket if the problem remains.
