Two days ago I made DNS change at the registrar. The client is still not able to send/receive email through mail.southlandlendinggroup.com (but it has resolved to the correct IP through their ISP).

Mail.Southlandlendinggroup.com has resolved to the correct mail server, but when they go to login (through Horde webmail) a "login failed" message is returned. I have attempted to change passwords several times but that does not resolve the issue as the login continues to fail.
This is very important right now as this is a mortgage company that relies solely on their email to do business.
Trouble ticket already entered, but no response yet: EGH-40584-710. The client is on me hard right now.
