Email processing extremely slow

My emails are taking anywhere up to 45 minutes to make it to their destination. If I send an email to myself, it takes up to 30 minutes. Are the email servers over loaded? Why would this be happening? I'd email support, but that could take a while.
 
No overloading, but this may relate to an antispam technique deployed by some major providers and even we will look at using it. It is called greylisting and introduces an artificial delay in mails.
Please let me know the specifics to better understand your situation.
